Protecting the past with an eye to the future

Reflections of a Newcomer to Street

On Tuesday 22nd November 2011 at the Methodist Church Hall in Leigh Road  Sharon Walker, who is the Rector of  Holy Trinity Street and Walton, reflected on living in Street for a little over a year.

A quote from her thoughts on the church website says “I have found the past 12 months interesting with various emotions that range from  ‘help’ what I have done?  I should have stayed in Peterborough – to this is a wonderful place to minister and I hope God allows us to stay.”

It was a fascinating insight to Sharon’s view on Street.
